This is definitely the best pandan chiffon cake I’ve ever eaten! It’s less sweet, ultra-fluffy, light, and soooo fragrant. The fragrance is likely derived from real, fresh pandan juice instead of essence. The price is reasonable, and it’s the perfect cake to gift to my overseas friends as a representation of Singapore’s national cake.
