Is PrimaDéli Halal-certified?

Yes, PrimaDéli is Halal-certified.

Are PrimaDéli cakes suitable for vegetarians?

PrimaDéli cakes are not suitable for vegetarians, as they may contain gelatine.

Will candles and cake knife be provided?

Your cake order includes one complimentary disposable
knife and a set of nine candles, available in a combination of small and large
sizes.

Can I order a customised cake / photocake?

This service is not available on our website. Please proceed to your nearest preferred PrimaDeli outlets to place your order.

What is the allergen information that I can refer to?

Our products are manufactured on equipment that also
processes items containing wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, soy, and dairy.

How should we store the product?

To maintain freshness and quality, please refrigerate immediately and consume within 2 days of delivery.

Do you provide disposable cutlery and serviette?

No, we do not provide any disposable cutlery or serviette.

Delivery and Cancellation

What is the processing lead time for online orders?

The processing lead time for online orders is 4 working days (excluding ordering date)

E.g.: For Friday delivery, the latest day to place your order is Monday.

When is my delivery date?

It will be delivered as per the delivery date and time you have chosen before checking out.

If I have keyed in wrong details of my delivery address/email/contact number, how do I amend?

Please email us at pdops@primadeli.com.sg if you need to make any amendments. Orders cannot be changed 48 hours before the delivery date.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed. For any cancellation enquiries, please email us at pdops@primadeli.com.sg.

How much are the delivery charges? Do you deliver island wide?

Time Range: 9.30am to 1.00pm OR 1.30pm to 5.30pm (+/- 30 mins)

Standard Delivery Charge: $18
Additional charge for Sentosa/Marina Bay Sands: $15
Min. order for Delivery (exclude delivery charges): $50

Non-Delivery Areas: BBQ Pit & Beach

What if no one is available to receive the cake upon delivery?

If you are not available to receive your order, our delivery team will securely leave the order at your doorstep or another safe location. Redelivery service is not available at the moment.

If you are not available to receive your order, our delivery team will bring it back. Please email us at pdops@primadeli.com.sg to arrange for redelivery. A $15 fee will apply before the redelivery can be made.

Do you offer self-collection?

Yes. You can pick up your orders at 30B Quality Rd, Singapore 618826 from Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.
