Is PrimaDéli Halal-certified?

Yes, PrimaDéli is Halal-certified.

Are PrimaDéli cakes suitable for vegetarians?

PrimaDéli cakes are not suitable for vegetarians, as they may contain gelatine.

What is the weight and serving size of your cakes?

  • 2-3 pax: Mini
  • 6-8 pax: Regular
  • 10-15 pax: 1.0kg / Large
  • 16-22 pax: 1.5kg
  • 24-30 pax: 2.0kg
  • 32-38 pax: 2.5kg
  • 40-45 pax: 3.0kg
  • 54-60 pax: 4.0kg
  • 69-76 pax: 5.0kg

Will candles and cake knife be provided?

Your cake order includes one complimentary disposable knife, and you may select the candles when adding the item to your cart.

Can I order a customised cake / photocake?

This service is not available on our website. Please proceed to your nearest preferred PrimaDéli outlets to place your order.

What is the allergen information that I can refer to?

Our products are manufactured on equipment that also processes items containing wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, soy, and dairy.

How should we store the product?

To maintain freshness and quality, please refrigerate immediately and consume within 2 days of delivery.

Do you provide disposable cutlery and serviette?

No, we do not provide any disposable cutlery or serviette.

Order & Cancellation

What is the processing lead time for online orders?

The processing lead time for online orders is 4 working days (excluding ordering date)

E.g.: For Friday delivery, the latest day to place your order is Monday.

Can I make amendments to my order?

Any subsequent request to amend an order (including changes to collection/delivery date, time, address, recipient contact details, order details, or cake inscriptions) will incur an administrative fee of $10 per request.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. For any cancellation enquiries, please email us at pdops@primadeli.com.sg.

How should I get in touch if I encounter issues ordering a cake online?

Delivery & Self Collection

When is my delivery date?

It will be delivered as per the delivery date and time you have chosen before checking out.

If I have keyed in wrong details of my delivery address/email/contact number, how do I amend?

Please email us at pdops@primadeli.com.sg if you need to make any amendments. Orders cannot be changed 48 hours before the delivery date.

How much are the delivery charges? Do you deliver island wide?

Time Range: 9.30am to 1.00pm OR 1.30pm to 5.30pm (+/- 30 mins)

Mininum order of $100 with delivery charge of $25 applies from 1 to 25 December 2025

Standard Delivery Charge: $18
Additional charge for Sentosa and Marina Bay Sands: $15
Min. order for Delivery (exclude delivery charges): $50

Non-Delivery Areas: BBQ Pit & Beach

What if no one is available to receive the cake upon delivery?

If you are not available to receive your order, our delivery team will bring it back to Central Kitchen. Please email us at pdops@primadeli.com.sg to arrange for redelivery. A $15 fee will apply before the redelivery can be made. Same-day redelivery is subject to availability.

Do you offer self-collection?

Yes. You can pick up your order at 30B Quality Rd, Singapore 618826 from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, or at selected outlets only.

Can all products be self-collected?

Not all items are available for self-collection. Mini cakes, cakes above 2kg, and all bread and pastry items are not eligible for self-collection.
