This website is for your own personal and non-commercial use, and you agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You will not import or export any information to or from this website which is unlawful, threatening, abusive, fraudulent, offensive, harmful, obscene, defamatory, inciting, hateful, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable, in violation of any person's rights of publicity, or contains worms, Trojan horses or any viruses of any kind, either now known or hereinafter discovered, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us and our affiliates harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of your use of this website.

PRICING & PRODUCT INFORMATION

Whilst every effort is made to fulfill orders in terms of price and description, errors may occur and we do not guarantee that the pricing, product, or promotional information provided will be accurate, current, updated, or complete. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. Product pictures on our website are provided to help you recognise the products, but due to packaging redesign and improvements, these may not reflect exactly the product you receive;
  2. Not all products, in particular, fresh produce, will correspond exactly to the photographs on the website;
  3. Where the actual price of any product is dependent on its weight, we will provide a price based on the average weight range of the product. Neo Group Bakery expressly reserves the right to provide the nearest size/packaging for the product at the nearest price.
  4. Discrepancies between the online bill/order price and the final bill may be due to out-of-stock products, substitutions, special offers, daily price changes and weighed items. Neo Group Bakery reserves the right to adjust the final bill after the online bill/order price is presented or conveyed to the Customer and such adjustments shall be marked on the final bill presented to the Customer at the time of delivery.
  5. In the event of different special offers or promotions being made available to the Customer simultaneously for the same Product, the Customer may elect one such offer or promotion per Product but shall not be entitled to a combination of all such offers or promotions per Product.
  6. If the Customer requests a variation to the order which Neo Group Bakery accepts then the price payable for the order will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the variation and shall be recorded on the final bill presented to the Customer at the time of delivery.
  7. Neo Group Bakery may from time to time set credit limits for individual Customers and Neo Group Bakery reserves the right to limit sales including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers.
  8. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss, damage, or inconvenience suffered in the event that we are unable to fulfil any order for whatever reason.

CANCELLATION:

Once an order is submitted, it cannot be cancelled.

In the event that we are unable to confirm and/or verify any orders received through the mobile number provided to us, we reserve the right to cancel the said order.

PAYMENT:

We only accept debit and credit card payments at the moment.

Neo Group Bakery reserves the right to change the mode of payment for products offered online at any time by announcement through emails, and any other means of communication.

DELIVERY:

• A minimum order of $50 applies for every delivery order.
• A delivery fee of $18 is applicable for all orders.

• A $15 surcharge applies for Sentosa and Marina Bay Sands areas.

• We deliver to all locations within Singapore, except BBQ pits, carparks, Jurong Island, and other offshore islands (e.g., St. John’s Island, Pulau Ubin, etc.).
• In the event where no one is present to receive the order on the scheduled delivery date or if a wrong delivery address was provided, the orders will be sent back to PrimaDéli Central Kitchen. Please email us at pdops@primadeli.com.sg to arrange for redelivery. A redelivery fee of $15 will apply and must be paid prior to redelivery. Same-day redelivery is subject to availability.
